III. year of VKT painting in Náchodský deník …
This action arose from the fact that the magic of ultralight flying lies, among other things, in mastering many, mostly technical skills. Pilots and especially builders of sport flying equipment know that whatever technical discipline you think of, it is necessary or at least usable in this sport. And so it was only a step towards the idea that the Aeroclub should use this potential to promote aviation in public and not just show flying machines, but ev
erything related to science and technology – if you can find someone to represent the discipline – places are on airport hectares … In the beginning there was a lot of work, but all the „airports“, in 2007 they started preparing and organized the 1st year. We managed to provide not only a rich program, but also many interesting exhibits. At the same time, a meeting of veterans‘ cars and motorcycles took place at the airport, and technical schools also received space here. Everyone was pleasantly surprised especially by the large visit and the positive response to the event. So in 2008 everything was repeated and many more were added to the proven and interesting from the previous year. The Náchod City Foundation also participated in the event with a grant. The successful event left no one in doubt that such an event is a hit, so the tradition will continue in 2009. All the organizers and the responses of the participants agree that that part of the public, including young people, is now quite full of commercials and action movies served by commercial television, and therefore the event has a lot of interesting, enticing and perhaps a bit mysterious for them. In the year 2009, in addition to many ideas and new examples from the world of technology, AeK Vysokov again wants to give space for apprenticeship and secondary schools with a technical focus. Czechs are renowned in the world for the technical knowledge and dexterity of their hands. However, it is no coincidence that although the country is not small in size and population, it is still a superpower of ultralight flying. And so it is necessary to do something so that even young people can find pleasure in the technical fields and the future. Aeroclub Náchod at the airport in Vysokov therefore invites to this event all those who are interested in flying,
